Tim Lukens was part of the senior team at Affinion when the company decided they no longer wanted to own Prospectiv Direct, an acquisition they had made just a few years prior.
Two and a half years after the Prospectiv Direct acquisition, Tim and his partners sold the company to Lifescript. Tim later founded True North Loyalty which he sold to Fluent (NASDAQ: FLNT) in January 2022. Tim continues to lead the True North Loyalty team at Fluent.
